What is Psychotherapy
Often we all want to live a fully energized, happy and satisfied life. However, there are times and circumstances that may bring pain and disturb our lives. This is where psychotherapy can be useful.
Psychotherapy is about creating a space and environment for change and management of difficulties. Life at times can become overwhelming and complex. Therapy helps as a therapeutic treatment, supportive space, self discovery journey as well as symptom relief when in distress or emotionally overwhelmed.
Many people come to therapy or bring loved one for therapy, for a variety of reasons.
